Ownership of Intellectual Property

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in works created by the company belong to the company. Copyrights in results generated by customers through use of the service belong to the customers.

Disclaimer

The company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases where the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other force majeure events of equivalent nature. The company is not liable for any disruption to service use caused by the customer's own fault.
